1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of the Parking Reservations service (the “service”), which lets companies manage and book parking spots for their employees. By registering and using the service you agree to these terms.

2. User accounts

Each user belongs to a single company (tenant). The user is responsible for the accuracy of their data and the security of their credentials. The company administrator is responsible for assigning roles and access within their organization.

3. Booking rules

Bookings follow the phased logic and fair-use limits configured by the company administrator. The service does not guarantee the availability of a specific parking spot at a given time.

4. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. The operator is not liable for damages arising from service unavailability or from the conduct of individual users.
